POSITION SUMMARY

In a typical 24-hour production cycle, we conduct 30,000 documented quality checks involving ingredient/packaging, receiving, processing, and packing. That’s how much we care. The Quality Supervisor (Compliance) is responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, FSSC, and corporate standards through effective leadership, development, and implementation of programs, policies, and procedures. This role involves managing various quality management systems, including document control, change control, and internal auditing, to maintain high standards of quality and safety within the plant.

Lead and manage the Change Control program, ensuring plant personnel can perform functions with minimal guidance and support.

Oversee and continuously improve the Document Control program, providing necessary training to plant personnel.

Manage the overall quality corrective action program to ensure compliance and provide direction for improvement.

Develop and maintain process maps, ensuring compliance with NQMS requirements and providing training as needed.

Lead maintenance efforts for the Quality Management System (QMS) and develop a training plan for plant personnel.

Develop and manage an effective Internal Auditing program, ensuring compliance with FSSC and NQMS standards, and train internal auditors.

Develop and facilitate a factory-wide Quality Training Program, delivering training to new employees and all factory personnel as needed.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED

2 years’ experience in a manufacturing facility. Knowledge of HACCP, auditing/testing, quality systems, continuous improvement programs, and basic computer systems knowledge is required.

Other

Must obtain PCQI (Preventive Controls Qualified Individual) Certification within a year of eligibility.

The approximate pay range for this position is $67,000 to $97,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
