The Global Product Enablement team in Central Industry Services is looking for Product Manager to define new requirements that will enable cross-GIU collaboration and visibility into on-going projects. This role will entail collaborating with business owners and translating the business requirements into technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing a set of projects and participation in both short and long-term strategy planning. As a member of our highly collaborative and motivated team, you will work with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical staff to deliver effectively against commitments.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Ideal candidate will be a leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.

Responsibilities

As a Product Manager on the Global Product Enablement team, you will:

Own and managing multiple project deliverables, communicating project and program vision and ensuring resources are aligned properly

Engage with business stakeholders to understand use cases, document requirements, and perform business analysis

Apply project management discipline to develop plans, define scope, document requirements, and manage schedule/resources for a complex group of projects (i.e. define & review product specifications and or strategy)

Manage the backlog of features with the development team on a regular basic using JIRA

Test features to verify that they are coded according to the design and ensure successful product releases

Review product documentation and collateral

Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in response to changing or ambiguous situations

Look for process definition and improvement opportunities

US: Hiring Range: from $70,400 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
