Responsibilities
Our team works within the Health Data Intelligence with a core focus on cloud operations. We are responsible for building and maintaining the cloud computing services and solutions that help us operate with greater efficiency, security, and attention to detail. We empower our team to make advancements to be more efficient and productive in their day-to-day operations leading to the delivery of superior external customer product availability and support experience. A Program Manager plays a significant role in aligning priorities from various service teams, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and driving end-to-end execution of sophisticated projects. Understanding various cloud technologies and technical trade-offs, the ideal candidate will be an extraordinarily strong communicator, both written and verbally, have a well-rounded technical background, and come with a history of leading large-scale projects end-to-end.
Basic Qualifications :
Knowledge of DevOps toolchain
Broad understanding of cloud infrastructures
Previous experience or understanding of cloud technologies, engineering, software, and systems development lifecycles, a strong background in Program Management
Experience developing or leading engineering or product portfolio planning and tracking processes and cadences
Proven track record to operate optimally and autonomously across multiple teams in situations of acute ambiguity, with only high level direction, and demonstrate critical thinking, thought leadership
A natural problem-solver and strategic thinker who takes ownership
Ability to analyze project dependencies, relationships, drivers, and impacts across multiple project schedules, and make recommendations corrective actions
Ability to communicate highly technical problems and solutions at all levels from engineer to partner teams to executive leadership.
Most importantly, the aptitude to be a good team player and the willingness to learn and implement new Cloud technologies as needed
Required Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Federal Security Clearance
5 years of technical program management experience relevant to this position
5 years in the IT industry
Ability to communicate optimally and establish rapport with team members
BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent

US: Hiring Range: from $87,800 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
