Job Description

Most of the data we use in Supply Chain comes from external partners. The timeliness and accuracy of this data is very important; however, our client does not control the operational processes that impact the reliability of these data assets. The Partner Experience team is in place to monitor data issues and work with our partners to ensure data quality and timeliness.

Skills and Requirements

Attention to detail as role involves tracking dozens of partner data issues on a weekly basis

Works Independently and creatively to solve problems

Ability to collaborate with a team to meet goals

Logically understands how to prioritize work depending on need

Absorbs and conveys information to different partners and team members

Data understanding could come from prior experience with Excel, budget tracking, or any experience that would reinforce the necessity of good data

Excellent verbal and communication skills with a heart to serve null
