Are you a business professional with Accounts Payable experience? Are you open to a short-term opportunity for full-time work in the Watkinsville, GA area? We have an opening for you! Randstad is looking for a skilled financial specialist to assist a clients AP team in processing, tracking, and recording payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. The AP clerk will have a daily, ongoing impact on financial transactions, keeping the company on track, on time, and on good terms with valued partners. salary: $17 – $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment

Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry

Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation

Generate purchase orders when necessary

Obtain and print signatures on all checks

Assist senior financial officers as needed

Support the company in optimizing its financial transactions and systems
