We are seeking a reliable Packaging Clerk to handle all aspects of receiving. Qualified candidate will be responsible for receiving of pallets and bags, requisitions, receiving invoices, receiving rail cars and internal orders, and various other duties while maintaining accurate records. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Candidate will also fill in as a backup shipping clerk.

salary: $18 – $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Receive pallets and bags

Requisitions

Receive invoices

Receive rail cars and interplant trucks

Requisitions for cars & internal orders

Labor schedule

OT List and vacation requests

Print work orders and placards

Prepare order paperwork

Backup shipping clerk
