Job Description
The National Sales Manager will be primarily focused on selling to the North American Super ESCO market, including organizations such as Trane, Centrica, Noresco, and Ameresco. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with strong relationships in the ESCO space and a proven track record of success in project selling and lead generation. Other Key Responsibilities Include:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the North American Super ESCO market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the ESCO space, leveraging existing connections to drive sales.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, acting as a lead generator and hunter to secure new projects.
Promote and sell our range of products and services, including LED, controls, solar, EV, thermal energy storage, and general contracting services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management, including progress towards targets and key performance metrics.
Travel up to 25% of the time to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Ideally, 5 years of sales experience calling on clients in the ESCO market.
Proven experience in national account selling and project selling.
Strong relationships within the ESCO space, with a network of contacts at organizations such as Trane, Centrica, Noresco, and Ameresco.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time and priorities effectively.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and market trends. Experience selling LED, controls, solar, EV, thermal energy storage, and general contracting services.
Familiarity with the NAESCO organization and its member companies. null
