Looking for a Maintenance who has a mechanical background. Reading, analyzing, and interpreting technical procedures, electrical schematics, blueprints, service manuals, and work orders to perform required maintenance work. Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

Troubleshoot 3 phase electrical problems and determine how to correct them

Troubleshoot mechanical problems and determine how to correct them

Manage and perform a preventive maintenance program on all stamping and pressroom equipment

Disassemble, repair, replace and reassemble stamping presses and machinery according to equipment drawings and electrical diagrams

Record maintenance and repair work performed

Install new mechanical equipment

Skills / Experience Required

Experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical equipment a must

Knowledge of tools, materials and best practices involved with equipment maintenance

Electrical experience a must / certification a plus

Self motivated, detail oriented and well organized

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 7 hours at one time
