Our Kelly Education Onsite Account Manager Supervisor is accountable for:

Serving as the primary point of contact for client relationships and service delivery, developing and maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders and the temporary workforce.

Acting as the escalation point for service issues, taking proactive steps to resolve problems and ensuring 100% compliance with contractual agreements.

Determining client reporting requirements, creating, analyzing, and reviewing reports and statistics, and taking necessary action.

Participating in account-specific lead sharing meetings, seeking customer feedback, and applying it to improve service. Preparing and presenting business reviews (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual, Ad Hoc) and establishing regular client meetings for consistent communication.

Partnering with Recruiting and Talent Services to manage the temporary workforce, handling issues like turnover, coaching, terminations, and providing technical support on client order processes.

Leading a managing a small team of Recruiters, Onboarding Coordinators, and Talent Support staff

Essential Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Strong customer service focus

Solid leadership, problem solving and decision-making skills

Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Seeking 5 years minimum of recruiting, staffing, vendor management or educational experience and 3 years of people leadership experience. Must have the ability to work onsite at the local branch 5 days a week.
