Five Star Food Service is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Retail Route Driver In Training in Pensacola, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering food and beverages to various retail locations in the assigned route.

Key Responsibilities:

– Learn and understand the delivery routes and schedules

– Load and unload products from the delivery vehicle

– Deliver products to retail locations in a timely manner

– Build and maintain positive relationships with customers

– Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while driving and delivering products

– Assist with stocking and merchandising products at retail locations

– Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or issues

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

– Ability to lift and carry heavy items and perform physical tasks

– Excellent communication and customer service skills

– Flexible schedule and willingness to work early mornings or late evenings

– Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

Working Conditions:

– This position requires frequent driving and delivery of products

– Must be able to work in various weather conditions

– May require occasional lifting and carrying of heavy objects
