salary: $19.99 – $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities

Assist the recruiting team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling interviews, and organizing recruitment-related activities

Serve as the point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication regarding interview scheduling, follow-ups, and application status

Schedule interviews, book meeting rooms, and ensure the hiring team has the necessary information and materials

Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate records

Assist in coordinating onboarding schedules and preparing new hire paperwork

Requirements:

Associates Degree

2 years of office/admin experience (experience in recruiting or human resources is a plus)

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint) and internet research tools

Experience with word-processing and databases

Familiarity with office equipment: fax, copier, printer, scanner, binding machine, LCD monitors, multi-line phone systems, etc.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, onsite in Altamonte Springs
