Responsibilities

Specializing in wire, cable, and harness manufacturing.

Helps to solve design problems and ensuring compliance with IPC 620 and other standards.

Managing process documents, BOMs, and process improvement initiatives.

Driving Lean and Six Sigma methodologies across the organization.

Leading Green Belt projects and Kaizen events.

Focused on continuous improvement and process optimization.

Ensuring product quality, compliance with regulations, and process capability.

Hands on manager who will pitch in and work with the team to get the job done.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Help to oversee production schedule and manufacturing flow.
