Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Florida provides programs and services for adults with Autism, Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities, and/or who are dually diagnosed, that live on-site and receive services. Located in Winter Park (Orlando) FL, this position is responsible for oversight of the program and staff, certifying proper service delivery to all clients in a safe and therapeutic environment, and ensuring compliance with local and state agencies, Medicaid and ACHA requirements, and DCF Licensing requirements.
Position Details:
Salary: Starts at $52,000- 60,990 / annually (rate is based on education and relevant experience)
Hours: Monday – Friday from 9am-5pm; on call 24/7

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Business or related field preferred
Experience:
3 years’ residential experience in a direct care or higher-level role required
1 year lead or supervisory experience required
Experience in a group home setting that provides autism, IDD and/or intensive Dually Diagnosed services preferred
Other Requirements:
Valid Florida driver’s license
Must be able to complete a 2 week (Monday – Friday) new hire orientation class; hours are approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm each day in Orlando.
Must be willing to be on call 24/7
Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test, Physical, and TB Test.
