As Director of Workforce Planning, you will play an integral part in diagnosing trends and analyzing information such as contract labor, seasonality, and events drive innovative staffing strategies. As the subject-matter-expert (SME) you will lead our deployment of UKG Pro Workforce Management Dimensions.

You will report to the VP of HRIS & HR Technology and will have high visibility with senior operational leaders. Keep reading if you are a hands-on strategic thinker who can help us shape a more agile and scalable workforce.

​ How You’ll Shine:

Initially focused 100% on the implementation of UKG Dimensions, specifically on forecasting and scheduling.

Develop and execute on a workforce planning strategic plan. Considering business needs, determine the future roadmap for Workforce Analytics,

Play a key advisory role to the CHRO, senior HR and Business leaders by synthesizing labor utilization data, communicating results clearly and recommending courses of action based on the insights.

Own the Workforce process and tools. Work closely with Finance to aggregate input from business submissions to determine global organizational picture, including enterprise-wide headcount plans.

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in business

Master’s degree preferred

5 years’ experience in work force planning/Workforce Analytics management, delivering value in Analytics roles, ideally at organizations with progressive approaches to the field which have provided exposure to latest Workforce Analytics practices

Business Acumen – ability to understand the context of the data and relate analytical insights to real business challenges and opportunities

Communication – aptitude to communicate complex data and insights in a succinct and compelling way to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Adept at creating the story which weaves together data into a compelling message.

Ability to generate innovative insights from analysis, communicates results effectively, and work with business partners in developing and implementing new methodologies and analysis to drive actionable results.
