Summary
The Graphic Account Manager applies intermediate industry knowledge to communicate and harmonize Freeman clients graphic production requirements between sales and graphic production; improving efficiencies, controlling costs and providing a seamless flow of information. Works with graphic production prior to, during, and after the event to ensure successful delivery of all graphics.
This position will support our Graphic Account group under our Growth (Sales) team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Provides graphic budgetary support during RFP process
Provides graphic technical expertise for the production of all graphics on events
Participates in site surveys as needed to ensure proper planning of events
Attend all site visits to become familiar with facility/obtain measurements, offer suggestions on graphic opportunities and materials
Works with graphic production with providing projections and materials needed
Supervises show site graphic production to ensure quality control and placement of all graphics
Develops production priority lists for delivery of graphics
Completes post show reports regarding all graphic production
Education & Experience
REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required
Working knowledge of all Microsoft software applications
Skills in using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Minimum of 2-5 years industry experience
PREFFERED:
Understanding of grand format printing and special event graphics production
Understanding of graphic production process in order to recommend correct materials for specific applications
Travel Requirements
Travel 25% to 50%
