100% Remote Opportunity for a Software Project Manager in the Automotive Sector

MUST have experience within the AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY and SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT to be considered for this position.

Support Driver Assist Technologies Meetings

Coordinate and create weekly meetings, compile minutes, and facilitate meetings.

Coordinate and facilitate non-regular meetings as needed.

Serve as Scrum Master for assigned development teams.

Conduct meetings requiring coordination and tracking for issue resolution.

Manage the Driver Assist Technologies SharePoint & Confluence Wiki, publish/create content, and manage permissions.

Support documentation and reporting of progress on critical issues.

Cost Management. Collect materials information necessary to make development teams productive. Obtain supplier quotes for required materials.

Track materials to ensure productive and efficient use. Ensure no loss of materials.

Facilitate development assignments to ensure that engineers are unblocked and productive.

Create templates to support program management, including charters, agendas, minutes, decision matrices, etc.

Manage schedules, including timing and risk management.

Contribute content to program status meetings and planning sessions.

Manage JIRA to develop filters, reports, dashboards, scrum boards, and backlogs as needed.

General Driver Assist Technologies Support

Manage onboarding tasks for new employees.

Interface with IT to support the needs of the organization. Request and manage computing resources as necessary.

Support miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Must Have Qualifications:

3 years of Project Management experience

Automotive industry experience

Jira, Confluence experience

Experience with Agile Methodologies

Software Development, SDLC experience

Model Based Simulation or ADAS experience

Work Site: This is a fully remote position. Must reside in Florida or Michigan for occasional site visits.
