Job Description: We are seeking reliable and motivated General Laborers to join our team in Orlando, FL. As a General Laborer, you will perform a variety of manual tasks to support our operations and contribute to project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment.

Assist with loading and unloading materials from trucks and containers.

Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Support team members by providing assistance as needed to complete projects.

Execute tasks according to verbal or written instructions from supervisors.

Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in a general labor or manual labor position is a plus but not required.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.

Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Perform Manual Tasks: Carry out various physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment as required.

Maintain Work Areas: Keep work areas clean and organized by removing debris, properly storing tools, and ensuring a safe environment.

Assist with Loading and Unloading: Help load and unload materials from trucks, containers, or pallets, ensuring safe handling practices.

Follow Safety Procedures: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks and maintain a safe working environment.

Support Team Activities: Collaborate with team members and assist with various tasks to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.

Follow Instructions: Execute tasks according to verbal or written instructions provided by supervisors or team leads.

Conduct Basic Maintenance: Assist in the routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.

Report Issues: Notify supervisors of any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or issues encountered during work.

Participate in Training: Engage in training sessions to learn new skills and safety procedures related to the job.

Perform Other Duties as Assigned: Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the teams goals.
