We are seeking an experienced Reach Forklift Operator to join our team on the second shift at our Orlando, FL facility. As a Reach Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for moving and storing products within the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and safety. This role requires operating the forklift to retrieve items from high shelves and racks and preparing them for shipment or storage.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a reach forklift to transport, load, and unload products.

Retrieve items from high storage racks and place them in designated areas.

Ensure pallets are stacked and stored securely to prevent damage.

Perform daily inspections of forklift equipment and report any maintenance needs.

Assist in maintaining accurate inventory through proper scanning, labeling, and documentation.

Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.

Support warehouse operations with general tasks, such as packing, labeling, and housekeeping when necessary.

salary: $15 – $18 per hour

shift: Second

work hours: 3 PM – 11 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Operate a reach forklift to move, lift, and retrieve products from high shelves and storage racks.

Safely load and unload products from trucks and move them to designated storage areas within the warehouse.

Organize, stack, and transport pallets, ensuring proper placement and secure storage.

Perform routine inspections of the reach forklift, checking for any mechanical issues and reporting them promptly.

Assist in maintaining accurate inventory by scanning, labeling, and documenting items in the warehouse management system.

Follow all safety protocols, ensuring the forklift is operated in compliance with company and OSHA standards.

Transport materials to and from storage areas while navigating tight spaces and high rack systems.

Assist with general warehouse tasks, such as packing, sorting, or labeling, when not operating the forklift.

Work collaboratively with team members to fulfill orders and meet production deadlines.
