Description:
This is a per diem position to fill-in for shifts in Nutrition Services working on the tray line, delivering tray to patients and assisting in other areas.
S hifts available:
4:00 pm – 8:30 pm with rotating weekends
6:30 am – 3:00 pm with rotating weekends

What You Will Do:
Assemble, retrieve and clean patient trays, assist the dish room with breaking down soiled trays and washing dishes if necessary or assisting in the dish room when needed.
Deliver patient trays to the correct floor or patient area, ensure correct patient identity and serve trays to the patients. Ensure patient has what they need and assist patients with food as requested.
Restocks floor stock (if assigned) and follow standardized process related to floor stock.
May assist with making beverages and stocking other areas.
What You Will Need:
Prior food handling experience and comfortable cleaning trays, assisting in the dish room.
Previous healthcare or nutrition experience preferred.
Must have basic computer knowledge.
Basic knowledge related to hospital diets.
Able to perform well in high functioning kitchen.
Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to speak, read and write in English.
