As a Community Impact Manager, your duties will include organizing various programs and activities to improve company efficiencies, building long-term goals for company projects, and developing programs and project budgets.

Community liaison to non profit organizations

Community outreach efforts are reported accurately and timely on CBISA

Responsible for contracting, invoicing, data collecting

Event planning from beginning to end for community outreach activations

Administrative duties on smartsheet, teams, excel and powerpoint

Collaborating closely with the director to oversee all facets of the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) within the designated hospital in the area.

Responsibilities:

Manages, develops, implements, and maintains operational systems and activities.

Acts as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.

Manages multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.

Serves as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.

Reviews and monitors adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.

Assists with the budgetary process.

Other duties as assigned.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.

Masters degree preferred.

Certifications :

May be required for specific positions as per policy or regulation.

Complexity of Work:

Requires demonstrated team, leadership, organizational, financial management and problem solving skills.

Strong presentation, communication and training skills required for most positions.

Work Experience:

A minimum of five years of related experience; health care setting preferred.

Masters Degree may substitute for one year of experience.

Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development.

Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational and problem solving abilities.

Personal Protective Equipment:

Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.

Demonstrates adeptness in managing stressful situations with composure and resilience.

Capable of lifting objects weighing up to 20 pounds safely and efficiently.

Possesses the physical capability to lift, push, pull, and stand for extended periods, ensuring sustained productivity and effectiveness

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $33.46

Maximum hourly: $51.03

The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. While the pay range is displayed as an hourly rate, Cleveland Clinic recruiters will clarify whether the compensation is hourly or salary. A successful candidates actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidates work history, experience, skill set, and education.
