Position Summary: The Office Administrator provides administrative, customer and company relations, and facility support to the organization. This person will be responsible for basic office administrator duties in a corporate office setting as well as coordinating with project managers in the field and handling some field administrator responsibilities
Essential Functions:
• Ability to deal and work well with a variety of individuals from various socio-economic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
• Demonstrated computer skills (i.e. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and follow through on assignments
• Ability to work in fast paced, ambiguous environment
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• High commitment to achieving goals and tasks
• Support of field construction management and crews as required
• Assembly and maintenance of final job packages for handover to billing team
• Identify issues and escalate as necessary to management
• Professional appearance maintained at all times
