Job Overview:

This position manages both front desk and receiving area operations, ensuring smooth building access and security while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include greeting residents and guests, managing package deliveries, scheduling freight elevators, monitoring contractors, and maintaining daily logs. The role also involves enforcing property rules and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Your Responsibilities:

Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
Greet and direct residents, guests, and invitees, checking them in and out.
Schedule freight elevators for resident move-ins/outs, adhering to property policies.
Register all deliveries (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL, registered mail) and maintain package logs.
Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring security and emergency response systems are functioning.
Verify contractor licenses, insurance, and permits through the management office.
Issue parking and ID passes to contractors and service providers.
Enforce parking regulations and the association’s rules.
Maintain a clean and safe receiving area, ensuring it is never blocked or unattended.
Report issues to the supervisor and complete required reports.
Maintain daily logs, records, and forms for both front desk and receiving area operations.
Requisition materials, tools, and supplies needed for daily operations.
Respond to emergency situations in a timely manner.

Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or business roles preferred.
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Multiple language fluency is desirable.
Computer literacy and ability to operate security and electronic systems preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. following safety procedures.
Work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods.
Reach overhead, stoop, kneel, and navigate the property quickly as required.
Climb ladders and work at heights up to 21 ft.
Work in various environmental conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
Communicate clearly and effectively in person and in writing.

Schedule:

Off-Season: Tuesday – Saturday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
In-Season: Tuesday – Saturday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Compensation: $18 Hourly
