Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Job Description

Seeking a candidate with CNC Machine Operation experience and setup experience. Responsibilities include operating CNC Mills, performing setup, inspecting parts to drawing requirements, troubleshooting malfunctions, reporting needed repairs, and reviewing setup sheets and specifications to determine setup procedures. The role involves aligning and securing holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto machines. Additionally, selecting the appropriate tools, machines, and materials to be used in preparation for machining work based on work instructions.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 18 Week(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Jupiter, Florida.

Work Environment

2nd shift opening, Monday – Thursday – 4, 10 hour shifts.

Manufacturing Warehouse- A/C, does get a little hot during the summer.

Well lit, clean, professional. No safety concerns.

Workshop Hours: 1st Shift – 5:30am-4:00pm, 2nd Shift – 3:30pm-2:00am.

For all 2nd Shift positions, there is at the very least 3 months of training on 1st shift.

Once they move to 2nd shift, they will also earn an additional 10% Shift Differential on their pay rate.
