General HR duties:

Benefits and Leave administration, including FMLA

Employee relations

On-boarding

Compliance

General Payroll duties:

Time and Attendance entry

Payroll Register Audit and Review

Understands Federal and State laws and regulations governing Payroll

Recruiting Duties:

Responsible for full cycle recruitment

Consult with hiring managers to ascertain needs within each department

Manage the job postings process

Review resumes and pre-screen candidates

Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers

Conducts phone interviews, office interviews

Understands HR policy and practices benefits, work rules, pre-offer requirements, etc.

Desired Qualifications:

Healthcare Experience Required in LTC sitting.

2 years of HR Management experience, including recruiting experience, required

2 years payroll processing experience required

Must have Strong knowledge of Federal and FL employment laws and regulations

Staffing Coordination experience preferred
