Job Description
Performs preventative and scheduled maintenance tasks on mechanical equipment, including but not limited to air conditioners, air handlers, air compressors, condensing units, refrigeration units, ice machines, natural gas unit heaters, chillers, and circulating water pumps.
Performs preventive and scheduled maintenance in a variety of other building maintenance areas, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry.
Responsible for managing a set of diverse computer-generated work orders, prioritizing safety and critical repairs first as well as initiating material requests and responding to emergencies as needed.
Manages the operation of and performs maintenance on outdoor air conditioning units and monitors equipment activity via automated controls.
Works with the building automation systems and engineering team to resolve problems.
Oversees HVAC portions of renovation/new construction projects.
Completes records and reports in support of the preventative and scheduled maintenance of all building systems, including daily chiller readings, materials used, and labor required for tasks, etc.
The pay range for this position ranges from $50,000 to $54,000 based on experience

Skills and Requirements
Drivers license
Four years of relevant experience OR 3 years of experience with completion of an approved HVAC program
Expertise with installation and repair of HVAC systems.
Skilled in repair and installation of control circuit systems. Commercial Experience
Electrical Background
Refrigeration Knowledge
EPA Certification (or ability to obtain this before starting)
Ability to read blueprints and schematics
Computer skills, including ability to learn and independently utilize electronic work order system. null
