Your Role at KIK

We are seeking a skilled and experienced 3rd Shift (Monday PM – Saturday AM) (9:00 PM – 5:30 AM) Production Line Lead to oversee and optimize our production processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring product quality, while leading and motivating a team of production employees.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supervise and coordinate production and packaging operations, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Train, guide and motivate employees while maintaining machinery and overseeing the collaboration with Maintenance and Quality teams.

Monitor output, inspect products for quality, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Maintain accurate production records and collaborate to resolve issues promptly.

Ensure safety protocols, address bottlenecks, and maintain a clean work environment.

What You’ll Bring

2 or more years of experience in a manufacturing automated filling environment, preferably in a leadership role

High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a quality focused approach

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to operate a computer to pull reports and specifications

Strong understanding of production processes and quality control procedures

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours)

Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 60 pounds

Comfortable working in a factory environment with varying temperatures

Comfortable working in a factory environment with strong fumes and high noise levels

Comfortable wearing PPE
