Responsibilities

Provide support to health plan members and providers, addressing inquiries about benefits, claims, billing, and related topics.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, listening actively and asking appropriate questions to resolve issues.

Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the system.

Communicate complex healthcare processes in simple, easy-to-understand terms.

Manage complaints and grievances, using conflict resolution skills to de-escalate situations.

Meet performance goals in efficiency, accuracy, quality, member satisfaction, and attendance.

Follow all organizational and regulatory policies and procedures.
