Personnel Security Analyst

Job Description

Do you have a strong background in Personnel Security? Are you looking at working with a dynamic and professional group of security support personnel in a Security Services Center (SSC)? Then this position is for you. As a member on this team, youll be accountable for the performance of standard and specialized personnel security processes. The selected candidate will provide timely, accurate, and courteous processing of personnel security actions throughout the contract lifecycle. This position is in the Departments Personnel SSC supports numerous government agencies.

This position is located in our Huntsville, AL office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.

Participate in the initiation, preparation, and submission of required personnel security

actions for access to National Security Information and Intelligence Community

programs

Participate in the processing of paperwork for Public Trust/Clearance positions

Duties include accurate and timely: daily database interactions (DISS/NBIS, SIMS and

internal systems), communications with cleared personnel; maintaining personnel

security and suitability records, processing outgoing clearance certifications; pre-

screening of potential hires; and completion of client-specific security processes

(badging, CACs, SAAR, and other onboarding requirements)

Experience with SIMS (or equivalent system), DISS/NBIS, and SWFT

Pay 15-30h null
