Miller Industries Towing Equipment Inc
This assignment is in an operating manufacturing facility. Candidates work to integrate new products into the manufacturing environment by developing and refining process documentation, bills of material and job routings to support the operations group. Our interns can take ownership of a wide range of projects which support future career paths in supervisory, management, quality and design roles.
MUST be currently enrolled and a student in good standing in a related degreed program.
# Responsibilities:
Documentation of Manufacturing Processes
Development and implementation of process control techniques and procedures
Analysis of Manufacturing Processes (Process sheets, Tools, Facility Requirements, etc.)
Input Routings and Time associated to Piece Parts, Weldments, and/or Assemblies
Bill of Materials Approval, Creation and Restructuring
Conduct Time Studies depicting Manufacturing Processes
Gather data and analyze pertinent data
Confer with design engineering and purchasing in determining product specifications
Communicate through technical writing
Research policies and regulations
Identify and Quantify Process Procedures
Determine Quality of Design, Process and Product
Conduct Root-Cause Analysis for Non-Conformance Reports

# Compensation:
Paid Internship at $15.45 per hour.
25-40 hrs. /wk. based on availability of student
Hands-On Experience /On the Job Training
