Site Supervisor

Aerotek is hiring a Site Supervisor

Shift: 7am-3:30pm

Pay: $30 to $33

Job Description

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cable installation team

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety protocols are met.

Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety procedures.

Collaborate with project managers and other supervisors to ensure seamless project execution.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Assist in planning and execution of cable installation projects.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.

Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Monitor and report on project progress, providing support for issue resolution

Ensure project is completed on-time, within scope, and within budget.

Hard Skills

5 years of experience

2 years experience in project management or related role within data network or cable installation
