Job Description

The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of electrical systems, including 480, 420, 120, single phase and 3 phase, schematics, NEC code, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC, OSHA, and auxiliary facility equipment and systems. Additionally, the role requires the ability to troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical problems to repair breakdowns and return equipment to optimal efficiency. Working knowledge of PLCs for diagnostics and troubleshooting is necessary, as well as experience with facilities equipment systems such as chillers and compressors.

Hard Skills

Electrical and mechanical experience in industrial maintenance

Diagnosing/troubleshooting extrusion, blow, or injection molding processes

Electrical systems knowledge (480, 420, 120, single phase, 3 phase, schematics, NEC code)

Hydraulics and pneumatics

HVAC and auxiliary facility equipment

OSHA regulations

Troubleshooting pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical problems
