Die Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Set up and start up molding machines, and perform daily setups, startups, shutdowns, and pulls.

Monitor and troubleshoot processing problems, and deal with inconsistent material, faulty equipment, and human error.

Document process changes, mold changes, and machine adjustments.

Inspect items to ensure quality, and use calipers and optical comparators to check products.

Maintain a clean and safe work area, and keep the toolroom and mold storage area organized.
