What will you be doing?

Request, enable and setup accounts and access for new users

Maintain and troubleshooting local Zebra and HP printers and handheld scanners

Deliver/Install Assets

Provide IMAC (Install/Move/Add/Change) services for all desktops, laptops, and other related devices

Manage IT Ticket Queue of requests to meet the SLA requirement

Experience with troubleshooting and services on computers
