WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER

The Membership Financial Analyst provides highly specialized services to the Global Membership department related to budget and re-projections, forecasting and scenario building, and revenue and expense analysis by country and as a portfolio. They create and provide complex reports and interpretive analysis for leadership in each market.

Budget & Projections
The Analyst is accountable for managing the development, tracking, and reporting of the Membership budget/projections. They meet regularly with Global Membership Leadership to develop the annual budget and monthly re-projections for revenue and expenses based on actual results, trends, and strategies. They provide regular and ad hoc reports, as well as analysis and interpretations of results. They respond to complex questions and problems based on advanced knowledge of direct response marketing and the Membership programs strategies, as well as finance procedures. The Analyst is responsible for identifying ways to improve budget and re-projection processes and spearheading initiatives to implement change. They will effectively work with the Analytics team to optimize budget and reporting tools, build out finance data models and look for opportunities for automation.

Forecasting and Financial Scenario Planning
The Analyst develops and overseas the five- and ten- year forecasting for each country in collaboration with the Analytics team and each countrys Membership Lead. They are responsible for building and guiding the financial scenario planning for current markets within the Global Membership Program and for new markets to be launched.

Finance Responsibilities
They administer and maintain finance activities in accordance with TNC policies and procedures and best practices in financial/organizational management.
