Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Industrial Construction Manager with a specialization in Industrial Manufacturing Construction and Refinery/Petrochemical Facility Construction to join our management team.

The ideal candidate has 7-10 years of experience in the Refinery/Petrochemical sector.

Additionally, this individual must have proven experience in Construction Management, with a track record of overseeing multiple Project Managers simultaneously.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate teams to achieve project goals, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, and knowledge of construction methods are essential.
