A caregiver in this position works Days, from 8:00am-5:00pm. This person will likely be on site 1 – 2 days per week.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Manage all aspects of moderately complex projects.
Lead/manage medium to large size projects, leveraging basic project management tools to deliver results.
Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
Prepare and complete action plans Implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
Complete audits and identify trends.
Determine system improvements and implement changes.
Meet financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements.
Participate in preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures.
Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.
Set and continually manages project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelors degree in business or related field.
Effective relationship building skills.
Three years of project experience in assigned area which may include progressively responsible experience supporting a clinical system and/or data/financial analysis, etc.
OR Associates degree and five years of experience.
OR Masters degree and two years of experience.
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Physical Requirements:
Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.
May require periods of sitting, standing and the ability to walk to various locations throughout the health system to attend meetings.
Must have normal or corrected vision and be able to clearly communicate verbally by phone or in person.
Must have own transportation to travel to multiple sites.
Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $30.41
Maximum hourly: $46.38
The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
