In keeping with our tradition of quality and service, we are hiring for a Floating Automotive Repair Assistant Manager to help support our teams success throughout our Maineville, OH and surrounding areas. Our Floating Managers work a total of 5 days each week, with Mondays, Friday & Saturdays typically required. You’ll get Sundays off each week, and another day during the week off dependent on business need.

What you will do:
Support the sales and operational success of assigned store locations including: sales and service delivery, staffing levels, staff development, facility appearance, purchasing, record keeping, inventory control, and other operational areas of the Car Care facility.
Monitor workflow and consult with Service Advisors to ensure appropriate work is assigned according to Repair Technician’s’ skill level. Create estimates and work orders from vehicle inspections and assist on the sales counter as needed.
Review necessary repairs with customers; address questions or concerns; ensure customers are kept up to date; and ensure all automotive work is completed accurately, professionally and timely.
Supervise, mentor and develop Repair Technicians and Sales staff.
Identify, evaluate, hire and retain qualified talent to meet changing business needs.
Identify and develop external business relationships generating business for the Car Care facility and enhancing the AAA image in the community.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the operations of the assigned Car Care facility for review by management.
Prepare income and expense budgets for assigned location and adhere to budgetary guidelines. Ensure that the facility meets annual revenue and net income budgets and achieves budgeted sales.
Act as “Health & Safety” Officer for location. Manage safety and shop compliance issues to ensure conformity with OSHA and local laws.
What you will need:
High school degree or equivalent; Associates Degree preferred.
Previous experience in the automotive industry, including prior experience in management roles.
Advanced knowledge and ability to work with PC-based (Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel) and automotive computer equipment and software applications.
Ability to read, interpret, and provide financial data and reports.
Effective organizational, analytical, communication and customer service skills.
Satisfactory pre-employment screening results.
Ability to adjust work schedule and priorities to meet business needs.
Authorized to Work in the USA.
