Genesis10 is seeking 2 Customer Service Rep – 2nd shift for an onsite contract with our client in Springfield, OH. Hours: Sunday- Thursday 5pm- 1:30am
Job Description:
This position works primarily in LN (Baan upgrade) to process Sales Orders clearing all fatals/issues. This position works with Engineering/Supply Chain/IT to resolve the errors. Updates will be made to lineset and non-lineset orders enabling us to send correct EDI requirements to Suppliers. May be required to process the same order multiple times to clear errors.
Other systems include but not limited to CVT/EOFF/PBA/Pharos/CDMS/Flexis. Extensive training will be provided. Detail oriented candidates only. ERP-LN experience preferred.
Required Basic Qualifications:
Computer experience and Customer Service experience is the main thing.
Big Plus excel, ERP LN/Baan, Power Point.
Need strong customer service and computer skills. We are not looking for candidates with multiple short term assignments (less than 6 months) and gaps in work history.
Compensation:
Hourly W2 pay rate $30/Hr.
We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
