As the Integrated Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, managing multi-agency collaborations, and driving brand development. Youll oversee media mix planning, budget allocation, and content management to ensure consistency and alignment with business objectives. Additionally, you will track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and optimize marketing efforts for growth. Reporting to the Director of Consumer Marketing, this role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, a data-driven approach, and the ability to effectively communicate marketing performance and insights to executive leadership.
Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Marketing Plans: Lead the creation and execution of detailed marketing plans that align with overall business objectives and long-term growth strategies. This includes identifying target audiences, setting key goals, and ensuring all marketing initiatives support business growth.
Media and Budget Strategy: Create and manage media and media mix strategies, ensuring the optimal allocation of marketing budgets across channels. Regularly evaluate and adjust media plans based on performance data to maximize ROI and support campaign objectives.
Agency Coordination & Management: Coordinate and manage relationships with multiple marketing agencies to ensure seamless, cohesive execution of marketing programs. Act as the primary point of contact for agency partners, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Agency Agreements & Budget Oversight: Oversee agency agreements, scopes of work, and conduct regular business reviews to ensure alignment with deliverables and objectives. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources while tracking expenditures for maximum impact.
Strategic Marketing Initiatives: Design and execute high-impact marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Ensure that all initiatives are tailored to the target audience and deliver measurable results.
Brand Consistency & Integrity: Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all marketing communications and materials. Ensure that all marketing efforts adhere to brand guidelines and reflect the companys vision and values.
Content Strategy Management: Oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive content strategy that supports marketing objectives. Ensure that all content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with the overall marketing plan.
Collaborate with Content Creators: Work closely with content creators to produce high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing collateral. Ensure that content effectively communicates the brand message and meets business goals.
Market Expansion & Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on new marketing opportunities that expand the companys market reach and impact. This includes staying updated on industry trends and custom
