| This full-time position is responsible for oversight of the |
| facilities in Rome, ensuring smooth operations on both the |
| maintenance and administrative sides. Occasional support with other |
| international facilities may be required. |
| |
| Specific responsibilities include: |
| |
| – Monitor facilities, equipment, and machinery; coordinate and |
| oversee maintenance and repairs, installations and renovations, |
| and ensure safety requirements are met; |
| – Plan and manage the ordinary maintenance, including the |
| supervision of the contractors and suppliers; |
| – Maintain inventory and purchase equipment; |
| – Manage reporting and analysis of maintenance activities; |
| – Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations; |
| – Support national and international administrative activities; |
| – Offer occasional support to the events office. |

| Bachelor degree or equivalent. |

| 3 years of experience in facility management or equivalent. |
