Global heavy industry company is seeking a third-shift Lead Maintenance Technician with a focus in Electrical/Mechanical troubleshooting to drive and mentor a team. M-T, 6P-6A. Individual should have experience in PLCs, motors, drives, hydraulics, pneumatics. Incredible team, and incredible benefits. Built in OT, but opportunity for more. responsibilities:

Oversee daily electrical and mechnical maintenance tasks, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within industry standards.

Coordinate and lead a team of maintenance technicians to maintain equipment and machinery.

Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide technical guidance to team members.

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in industrial machinery, control systems, and power distribution.

Repair or replace faulty components such as motors, switches, transformers, and wiring.

Troubleshoot PLC

Identify opportunities for upgrading electrical systems to improve efficiency, reliability, and safety.

Propose and implement process improvements, energy-saving initiatives, and system enhancements.

The essential functions of this role include:
