About Us: We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a dedicated Accounting Manager to join our team. This unique role combines accounting expertise with human resources responsibilities, making it ideal for a versatile professional looking to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting (60%):
Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Conduct internal audits and implement controls to safeguard company assets.
Coordinate with external auditors and manage annual audit processes.
Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
Human Resources (40%):
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Manage employee records, benefits administration, and payroll processing.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
Conduct performance reviews and support employee development initiatives.
Address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR matters.
Organize and facilitate training programs and workshops.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
Experience with HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
