Overview
MANAGEMENT ANALYST (F3009 2024-21763):
Bowhead seeks a technical data Management Analyst (MA) to join our JXP Contract at NSWC Crane, IN. The individual must be a self-starter who can work independently but also within a team environment, with minimal supervision, and able to stay organized and multitask while meeting deadlines and assisting the program.
Responsibilities
Essential functions will include:
Collect, review, and analyze information in order to make recommendations to the Government.
Analyze relevant data, which may include annual revenues, employment, or expenditures.
Interview managers and employees while observing their operations. Develop solutions to problems.
Report findings and recommendations to the Government to be submitted via written or oral presentations.
While preparing recommendations, understanding the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture.
Provide support to area Managers, Task Managers, Project Managers, and Technical Leads to achieve overall program objectives.
Prepare and solve mathematical models.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or five (5) to eight (8) years of experience. Masters Degree prefered. Experience may be considered in lieu of education.
Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must obtain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
