Under general supervision of a Department Manager, and a part of the payables team, the account associate is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices for services, goods, and products for the entire organization. Provides a strong customer service role, educating end users and guiding them through the order to pay process. Strong problem solving and analytic focus. Must be well organized and a self-starter. Operates within corporate guidelines and policies while adhering to government compliance

Training will be Provided. Working Hours 8am to 4pm (Could be flexible hours)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Associates degree in accounting, Business or related field, or the equivalent in work experience, required. Minimum of two (2) years experience in an Accounts Payable, Healthcare, Supply Chain or Customer Service work environment, required.
