Lab Technician

Job Title: Lab TechnicianJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Lab Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will operate and maintain analytical equipment, uphold analytical methods and procedures, and work efficiently on major projects. This role involves the preparation of quality customer reports, project portfolio management, and customer interfacing. Additionally, the Lab Technician will ensure compliance with corporate standards, including safety and housekeeping, and maintain digital programs.

Hard Skills

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry

Laboratory experience

Wet chemistry skills: titration, filtration, dilution, extraction, gravimetric determinations

Experience with GC-FID, ICP, IC, SEM/EDS, FTIR

Use of pH and specific ion electrode meters

Strong chemical math skills

PC skills

Soft Skills

Attention to detail

Interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Madison Heights, Michigan.
