Now Hiring – Installation Technician
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Installation Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide professional installation services for a variety of high-quality products, including garage cabinets, custom closets, floor coatings, and garage organization solutions. You will be responsible for performing all work safely to company standards while maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting installations of garage cabinets, custom closets, and other organizational products in both commercial and residential settings.
Ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality and safety standards.
Presenting ideas effectively within the team and to customers, enhancing overall service delivery.
Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with team members and clients.
Maintaining an active work pace, adapting to a variety of tasks and learning opportunities as you progress within the company.
Frequently lifting 30 lbs. and occasionally lifting up to 70 lbs.
Utilizing basic hand and power tools to complete installation tasks.
Required:
Valid driver’s license
Minimum of 1 year of experience using hand tools, power tools, levels, and tape measures.
Able to operate box trucks or lift trucks.
Proficiency in installation techniques and practices.
Work Site:
This is a fully on-site position located in Urbandale, Iowa.
Work Environment:
Work will be conducted in both commercial and residential settings.
Regular working hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
8-hour shifts with no weekend work required.
