Job Description:

We are currently looking to hire CNC machinists to work out of our facility in Eldridge, IA. This company specializes in precision steel manufacturing and works with very unique products, serving primarily military and government entities all across the globe. Candidates looking to work within an exciting industry with plenty of work to go around, has a strong work culture, AND has climate-controlled facilities should apply!

Responsibilities:

Operating CNC mills & lathes, primarily performing tasks such as – setups, offsets, adjustments, tool changing, and overall ensuring assigned machinery is running efficiently.

Use of precision measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers, and height stands to check for quality of parts.

Ability to measure to .001 and overall working within tight tolerances.

Working off in-depth blueprints/drawings.

Qualifications:

Preferably have at least 2 years or more of CNC machining experience, and ideally within a metal/steel manufacturing environment.

Have a strong understanding of machining processes including drilling, milling, and turning.

Must be able to pass pre-hiring criteria.

Must be available to train on 1st shift prior to transitioning to 3rd.

Additional Information:

Pay dependent on experience

3rd shift comes with a shift premium of $3!
