Lilly is entering an exciting period of growth, and we are committed to delivering innovative medicines to patients around the world. This is an exciting once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art manufacturing site, in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
The facility will utilize the latest technology to increase the companys manufacturing capacity in parenteral (injectable) medications, device assembly and packaging operations. The Lilly Kenosha site will leverage use of high-tech equipment, advanced highly integrated and automated manufacturing systems, and have a focus on minimizing the impact to our environment.
The Senior Associate, Onboarding & Employee Engagement Leader serves as the single point of contact for onboarding all new Lilly Kenosha team members, ensuring new employee and stakeholder satisfaction by effectively coordinating schedules, resources, and streamlining processes. The Senior Associate, Onboarding & Employee Engagement Leader will have ownership across onboarding priorities (communications, technology, and experience) to operationalize and optimize processes. The associate will collaborate closely across the Kenosha HR team, site recruiting, site learning and development, site leadership and Global Functions to support both the design and delivery of an exceptional experience for new employees. The Senior Associate, Onboarding & Employee Engagement Leader will be responsible for organizing weekly New Employee Orientation sessions, all logistics related to these sessions, facilitating program content and helping to ensure a strong support faculty is in place for key courses,
Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Serve as single point of contact to ensure programs, facilities, and technologies are ready for new hires
Engage with the new hires and make sure they feel welcomed and supported through their journey
Introduce new hires to the Site and ensure new hires are connected to site resources including Teams pages, distribution lists, etc.
Coordinate training facilities; provide direction and strategy for onsite support
Provide scheduling, roster, and communication support for all phases of onboarding
Manage master calendar scheduling
Enroll new hires and maintain rosters for all scheduled events and programs
Work with site leadership for all placements and engagements with new hires
Partner with Learning & Development to define and execute onboarding training including overall Lilly, culture, Team Lilly, Safety and Compliance.
Manage the schedule to ensure facilitators and back-ups are arranged for all onboarding sessions
Maintain experience evaluation information
Maintain detailed design documents for all phases of onboarding
Develop and execute support strategy for technology, supplies, and virtual technologies
Facilitate sessions and host events as needed
Support onboarding program design and implementation as appropriate (including updating program materials when needed)

Basic Requirements:
BS/BA required
2 years training and facilitation experience
Microsoft Office experience
Additional Skills/Preferences:
Project management experience
Experience planning and delivering events/programs
Strong communication skills; written, verbal and active listening
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong collaboration with colleagues; ability to work with and through others
Effective problem-solving and analytical skills to evaluate and resolve issues

Additional Information:
Role is in-person based at the Kenosha Manufacturing Site
Less than 10% travel required
