Job Description

We develop and manufacture the most diverse product line of color-matched color concentrates, masterbatches, and pigment dispersions of any colorant company in the world. We produce colored plastic material that other companies use to make their products. This role might get a little dirty as you work with exterior construction paints, coatings and printing inks, and plastic packaging/consumer goods. As an Extrusion Operator, you will be responsible for running 2-3 extruder machines, troubleshooting and performing minor repairs, collaborating with QA to inspect finished parts, cleaning machines between jobs, weighing out material for each job, and handling some material/forklift duties when needed. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Milton, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

Hours: 2nd shift – 3pm-11:30pm M-F $0.75 shift premium; 3rd shift – 11pm-7:30am Sun-Thurs $1.00 shift premium. Candidates will train on 1st shift for the first few weeks before transitioning to their respective shift, at which point they will receive the shift premium. Starting pay for the Extruder Operator role is $20.92 per hour
