LEGENDARY WATERS RESORT
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Prepare, season, and cook dishes such as soups, meats,
vegetables, or desserts in restaurants. May order supplies, keep records
and accounts, price items on menu, or plan menu. Must adhere to
Legendary Waters Resort & Casinos policies and procedures. Must adhere
to all appearance and uniform standards. Daily preparation of all food
items. Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines. Prepares all
food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner. Follow recipes,
portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the
restaurant. Restocks all items as needed throughout shift. Cleans and
maintains station. Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and
organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas. Work at
efficient and consistent pace. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able
to stand and/or walk for long periods of time. Perform other duties as
assigned. OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of one
(1) year of cooking experience required. Knowledge of methods and
procedures for serving food, principles of sanitation, and principles of
safe food handling required. Effective communication skills. Attention
to detail in all areas of work. Superior time management skills,
multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal
supervision. Superb customer service skills. Obtain/have Food Handlers
certification. Has understanding and knowledge to properly use and
